These terms cover this website and our text messages. The floor work itself is covered by the written contract you sign with us.
Using this site
This website belongs to GM Wood Floors LLC (“GM Wood Floors”, “we”, “us”). By using it, you agree to these terms. Please use it for what it’s for: seeing our work and asking for an estimate. Don’t send false requests, spam, or anything meant to harm the site or other people.
Free estimates
Estimates you request here are free. Any price we give you on this site, by text, by phone or after a visit is an estimate until it is written into a contract you sign. The final price depends on what we find on site, such as the size of the floor, the wood, its condition and the finish you choose.
The work, price, schedule and any warranty are set in that written contract, which also explains your right to cancel under New Jersey law.
The floor visualizer
The visualizer is a drawing, not a photo of your floor. It shows typical colors and patterns, not a specific product. Real color depends on your wood, its age and condition, the finish, and the light in your room, and every screen shows color a little differently. We test the stain on your own floor before we start, so you pick the color you see in person.
Text messages
- What they are: texts from GM Wood Floors about your estimate and your job, such as scheduling, reminders and updates.
- How you join: by sending the estimate form with your number, or by texting us.
- How often: message frequency varies with your project.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- To stop: reply STOP to any text. We’ll send one message to confirm, then no more.
- Help: reply HELP, or call 862-444-9719.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Photos and content
The photos, words and design of this site belong to GM Wood Floors LLC. Please don’t copy them for business use without our permission. Photos you send us stay yours: you let us use them to prepare your estimate and plan the work.

Links to Instagram, Facebook and other sites are there for your convenience. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with its effective date at the top.
